This project explores the redesign of Atom, an AI-powered agent developed at Atomicwork to enhance productivity and support within enterprise environments. The work focuses on improving the conversational experience, proactive support, and administrative controls that shape how employees, agents, and admins interact with Atom. Through primary and secondary research, key gaps were identified in notification management, conversational analytics, and the discoverability of features. The design development introduces new ways to visualize insights, edit notifications across channels, and empower admins with greater autonomy. The outcome is a set of redesigned experiences ranging from conversational insights to notification editors, that make Atom clearer, more actionable, and easier to manage. Together, these enhancements demonstrate how thoughtful design can reduce friction, increase engagement, and create more meaningful interactions in enterprise contexts.
