IFB Industries Ltd., a leading Indian home appliance brand, is transitioning from a product-focused identity to a comprehensive lifestyle brand. Central to this shift is the redesign of its exclusive retail outlets, IFB Point stores, to better represent its expanding portfolio and enhance customer engagement. This project focuses on improving the in-store experience through spatial design and environmental graphics aligned with IFB’s brand values and contemporary consumer expectations. The objective was to create retail spaces that are both functionally efficient and emotionally engaging. The design process involved research into brand positioning, customer behaviour, competitor benchmarking, store visits and stakeholder interviews to identify challenges and opportunities. Design interventions explored zoning, circulation, visual merchandising, signage systems, and graphics integration, supported by prototyping. The outcome proposes scalable design solutions adaptable across store formats, aiming to position IFB Point as a cohesive brand environment that communicates innovation, care, and reliability while reinforcing IFB’s evolving identity.
