This graduation project focuses on designing an integrated digital platform for InsuFlo, an affordable insulin pump for Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) users in India. The aim was to create a comprehensive ecosystem that educates, supports, and simplifies diabetes management through a user-centric website and supplementary materials. Research—including interviews with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals—highlighted challenges such as low awareness, fragmented resources, and limited community support. The project evolved from a marketing website to a holistic digital experience, enabling users to browse, purchase, track orders, learn about pump usage, and access verified resources. Using the Double Diamond framework, the design process spanned user research, journey mapping, information architecture, wireframing, and high-fidelity deliverables, including a Pump User Manual and an App User Manual with explainer videos. The platform emphasizes guided pathways, community engagement, and accessibility, fostering trust and improved diabetes self-management. This work demonstrates how thoughtful digital design can bridge knowledge gaps, streamline healthcare interactions, and enhance the daily lives of T1D users.
