To improve clarity and actionability, this project introduces enhanced settlement messaging within the Razorpay dashboard. The update clearly communicates why a settlement is blocked and outlines the exact steps required for resolution, whether it involves updating bank information, submitting documents, or awaiting compliance review. This transparency empowers merchants with better visibility and reduces uncertainty. The solution also improves support efficiency by giving agents real-time access to block reasons and resolution paths, enabling faster and more accurate assistance. By making settlement information accessible and actionable for both merchants and support teams, the project reduces delays, builds trust, and ensures businesses can quickly resume operations and focus on growth.
