Ortho Centre is a leading distributor of orthopedic instruments and implants across Bihar, Jharkhand, and Odisha, with a legacy spanning over three decades. As the organization looks to expand nationally and globally, this project focuses on its strategic rebranding through the lens of Design for Retail Experience. The objective was to reposition Ortho Centre as a professional, trustworthy, and future-ready brand while respecting its established roots. Extensive UX and stakeholder research, including interviews with doctors, OT staff, vendors, and internal teams, revealed gaps in visual consistency, outdated design language, and the need for modernization across touchpoints. The project resulted in a comprehensive brand guidebook featuring a refreshed logo, identity system, typography, colour palette, iconography, and applications. Additionally, three scalable, modular booth concepts were designed for medical conferences to enhance brand presence. The rebranding strengthens recall, unifies communication, and supports Ortho Centre’s future diversification in a competitive healthcare market.
