This project focuses on developing a comprehensive Visual Merchandising Guideline for Nalli to create a consistent and immersive brand experience across diverse retail formats. Rooted in Nalli’s rich textile heritage, the initiative aims to bridge traditional brand values with contemporary consumer expectations. The project involved extensive market research, competitor analysis, and evaluation of existing store formats to understand consumer behaviour, retail trends, and spatial challenges. Key interventions included standardising store layouts, product display systems, window displays, and visual identity elements while retaining Nalli’s distinct character. A modular display system was designed to ensure flexibility across store sizes while maintaining visual coherence and functional efficiency. New concepts were explored to enhance product presentation and customer interaction, integrating heritage with modern retail strategies. The outcome is a scalable visual merchandising framework and style guide that supports consistent brand communication, improves customer engagement, and enables Nalli’s future retail expansion in an evolving market landscape.
