This graduation project focuses on redesigning the Funds and Grants Integration (FGI) Monitoring Dashboard within SAP Concur. FGI streamlines organizational spend management by automating fund allocation, reservation, and tracking. When enabled by clients, the Integration Monitoring dashboard allows Integration Managers to track the status of employee-submitted expenditure documents, identify errors, and resolve integration issues. However, the existing dashboard presents complex processes with limited clarity and usability. This project adopts a user-centered approach to simplify and visualize these workflows, improving accessibility, efficiency, and decision-making. The redesigned dashboard emphasizes clear information hierarchy, intuitive interactions, and AI-powered assistance to surface issues, highlight anomalies, and guide corrective actions. By making integration data more interpretable and actionable, the solution aims to reduce cognitive load, support faster resolution, and deliver a more seamless and intelligent monitoring experience for enterprise users across diverse operational contexts.
