This project focuses on redesigning the primary customer-facing Mercedes-Benz India website to align with the brand’s evolving luxury philosophy while improving usability and localisation for the Indian market. The objective was to create a more intuitive, immersive, and emotionally engaging digital experience that strengthens the perception of luxury online. The process began with in-depth research, including market analysis, user surveys, interviews, and stakeholder discussions, which informed a comprehensive UX strategy and information architecture. Early low-fidelity wireframes were iteratively tested and refined before progressing to high-fidelity prototypes and final screen designs. The outcome includes a proposed responsive design system and redesigned key webpages featuring immersive product exploration, a streamlined test-drive booking flow, and a refined visual language. The project balances premium brand expression with user-centric functionality, tailored to Indian user expectations.
