This project envisions sedan design for 2030, targeting India’s younger generation by integrating technological, cultural, and lifestyle trends. It redefines the sedan from a basic transportation tool to an immersive, lifestyle-oriented product. Research explored macro and micro trends such as gaming culture, sci-fi optimism, and self-compassion to inform user insights and personas. Ideation generated themes like "Triangular Torsion," "Converge Warp," and "Gammock," each offering unique narrative and emotional resonance. The design merges physical and digital experiences while aligning with Maruti Suzuki’s brand ethos. Conducted over six months at Maruti Suzuki Design, the project combined conceptual thinking with technical feasibility, using sketching, modeling, and iterative refinement. The final proposal captures future users’ aspirations, bridging mobility, technology, and lifestyle, and provides a framework for engaging the next generation of automobile consumers meaningfully and innovatively.
