This thesis reimagines prostate cancer care in India through Healthcare Design and Service Design, proposing the One Stop Prostate Clinic (OSPC), a scalable, patient centric model. Conducted with GE Healthcare, it addresses fragmented care journeys marked by diagnostic delays, poor follow-up, and emotional stress. Using Human Centred Design methods stakeholder interviews, hospital visits, and lab observations insights were mapped into timelines, personas, and workflows to reveal pain points like information gaps, lack of navigators, and uncoordinated care. The solution combines a modular clinic with a digital ecosystem, enabling faster diagnostics, caregiver support, and integration of GE’s medical devices. System Thinking guided a space design strategy focused on empathy, clarity, and logistical ease. Case studies from Australia and the UK validate clinical feasibility. A Strategic Design plan positions GE Healthcare as a care systems integrator in South Asia. This work demonstrates how service design can align technology, business, and human needs for systemic healthcare transformation.
