The project was to collect data for a museum based on Jayaprakash Narayan and socialism as a concept and its relevance in the Indian political scenario in Lucknow, the state capital of Uttar Pradesh, India. Jayaprakash Narayan was a freedom fighter, social reformer and political leader, remembered especially for leading the mid-1970s opposition against then Prime Minister, Indira Gandhi, for whose overthrow he called for “total revolution”. The objective of the project was gathering content/material to be exhibited, identifying themes/exhibits/topics/events to be covered, identifying a flow of events, execution of the flow and creating necessary design elements to capture the intended narrative.
