The project aimed at re-branding Echostream. Since the time of inception, the team at Echostream had concentrated on developing a portfolio in Sikkim. During this time, they did not require a brand promotion strategy. When Echostream decided to expand beyond Sikkim to connect to people outside India, they required re-branding to make themselves more accessible to future clients and partners. Hence, a brand image and a communications system were developed. The project required knowing the stories and the personalities of the team at Echostream through casual interviews and group workshops in order to create such a system.
