This project attempts to explore and understand the various touch points of the existing ecosystem of the local grocery stores regionally known as kirana stores. These shops form an integral part of the Indian localities till date. Most of these stores are present in the neighbourhood and customers can buy anything here from regular monthly grocery to a single matchbox. This project is an attempt to enable these kirana stores to have an online presence for their customers, but still serve their local loyal customers in a streamlined manner.
