Research and Strategy Design for Customer Experience Measurement

This project endeavored to allow retailers to be able to conduct rich and insightful research on their customers using new digital tools and platforms. It had two main objectives. One was to find out the best possible ways of research and design using available modern technology. The other was to come up with strategies to get the best possible information from the customers. A few concepts were designed to strategise customer experience measurement in different environments on different platforms. The research was validated during the testing phases and later on discussed with retailers and customers. The application included Ceretail, Musical Metaphors, Buttons, Try:Buy, and Fllapp.
