The project aimed at designing a project management tool for UX Designers. It targeted specific needs from the design industry’s perspective and created a tool, which could leverage designers to do project management. Until now project management was considered a task and only trained professionals handled it. With changing times, the demand for a more flexible and user-friendly system arose where one didn’t need much training to do project management. The final deliverable was information architecture, high fidelity wireframes and visual designs for the concept- a project management tool where in the required information was present upfront for the users to access that was easy to learn.
