The project aimed at developing an experience in creating an intelligent system to teach a user about investments wherein a user interacts within a space and ‘learns by doing’. With this brief, the project moved forward in terms of exploring the identity of such a service, the wire-frames of its functionality and the space in which such a service would be introduced to the first user. Using an ‘in-store comparison shopping’ ideology and understanding the consumer’s choices, the domain for a next generation retail experience was identified. To enhance such an experience, Big Data was used which in turn would help the user make an informed decision in real time.
