The project was aimed at mitigating the identified issues retail banks faced whilst catering to the wide gamut of customers through various touch points. The scope of the project was limited to digital touch points. The medium chosen was the mobile, as the ideal platform for designing the solution. The proposed mobile application delivers seamless customer experience to the wide banking audience. The design allows the customer to manage all his finances in one place. Through this design, banking institutions can consistently extend the same level of customer experience across the digital platform.
