The objective of the project was to redesign the overall user experience of the web app and port it to the mobile apps to provide a consistent experience across devices while designing better information architecture to support multiple locations across multiple cities. The more quantitative goal was to improve the ‘search and book’ experience to increase the conversion rates. Design opportunities were identified through research, analytics and user testing. Ideas were sketched out and wireframes were designed to validate and evaluate the ideas. Wireframes were then converted into final interface designs by adding colours and styles to reflect the brand image.
