Bosch is the market leader and recognized brand manufacturer of power tools worldwide. The brand and its products are present in the market through dealer and sub dealer retail chains. Despite being the major player in the market segment, the existing retail and communication strategy was unable to provide the focus on brand presence. Therefore, the project aimed at creating retail, branding and communication design solutions to enhance the visibility of the brand and the products through design elements and communication. This would include identifying the opportunity areas for branding and existing retail scenario to enhance the brand awareness and shopping experience.
