This project, investigated how students worked together when they were writing a word document. In particular, what tools they used to write and to communicate. Although many attempts were made at building tools to support collaborative writing, primary research suggested that these tools may be underused. Hence, the need to delve deeper into this domain to analyze the reason was needed. The final deliverable for the project was a concept for an Android based mobile application, which would reach a wider number of people. The application concept attempted to approach complex activities like planning the document, work strategy, commenting, assigning tasks in an easy going manner, successfully.
