Mrs. Peacock’s English class is a film based on the twisted sensory perception of a broken brain which battles with Alzheimer’s disease. The objective was to take up Alzheimers, an invisible disease and portray it on a visible platform. The project required an understanding of the disease from inside, from the emotional as well as the medical and factual ground. Through the development of the research on this condition, there was a realization of making a film, not only in the remembrance of one’s grandfather but for everyone who has battled the horrifying experience of Alzheimers.
