The project aims at the development of a programme designed to create a system that is efficient. The project is divided into three parts: Project I includes understanding the structure at Nikasha and designing and developing a system to increase efficiency. Project II is re-designing the branding of Nikasha starting from the logo to the labels and its digital presence. Capitalizing on Bollywood and creating a package for the press and media is included in the deliverables of the project. Project III is about designing collections on themes according to the trending theme and the Nikasha market.
