This is the age of constant connection with technologies changing the way people interact with content and indeed the content itself and its consumption. While there is a generation of tech-savvy users with an advantage, a big chunk of late adopters are being ignored. The project focuses on developing strategies to enable digital acceptance and adoption among reluctant users. Study and analysis of technology and users led to a comprehensive solution, which was translated, into a user experience strategy for Tizen. It may not give definitive solutions to the macro socio-economic problem, but attempts to overcome several challenges at an individual level.
