Range of backpack for women
The objective was to understand the female backpack and come up with various possibilities considering the actual needs. The process included studying human psychology, behaviour and choices, identifying different forces working behind a product, experimenting with various tools and models to enhance their expectation and analysing the same in practice and real-life scenarios.

The initial stage was to understand the sponsor’s sub-brands, product language and consumer segments; as well as competitors and user study. Further research included understanding the luggage market in India. The project was focused on user needs and desire domestic trends, fashion forecasts and runway reports. On the basis of analysis, different persona developed and their respective moodboards created. The process led to derive the design direction and ideation.

Three concepts were developed for various consumers, which are convertible and can be used as day backpacks or for trips.
