Synopsis
The project objective was to develop visibility solutions for the client’s products in local kirana stores. A credit system and general goodwill are the key factors why these stores enjoy popularity with people even today. Yet with increasing competition and decreasing space, it is crucial for brands to resort to clutter-breaking in-store solutions for such unorganised retail format stores.
Keeping in mind both consumer and retailer needs, the saleable and sustainable design options were fine-tuned through retailer and shopper research to drive a higher awareness and trial for the company’s products. Different concepts like parasite positioning with shelf talker stickers, floor standing units, tester catalogues, interactive counter devices, etc. were designed to achieve the aims of the project.
