The pilot project was done for a US-based healthcare service provider called MedAmerica; the main project was done for the Tel Aviv-based IMDSoft.

This project involved developing iPhone and Android applications that would enable doctors and Healthcare professionals (HCPs) to perform various tasks as part of their daily operations. The key functionalities involved: doctor’s profile, communication module for doctors (facilitating communication within the hospital), and scheduling modules (scheduling of shifts/shift replacements). Apart from these, the project involved developing a second app for planning of medical conferences organised by the customer and day-to-day essential activity schedule of the medical practitioner.

The other iMV project was to develop an iPad application for an anaesthetist on intra-operational activities and that which would help record valuable information necessary and observed during an operation. From the anaesthetic agents to the vital signs noted usually on paper, this project aimed at changing information format from paper to digital media. It shows information records, display of vital graphs, and patient details apart from report generations. The iMV was designed to work regardless of technical infrastructure at the location of service, and would not make use of the hospital IT infrastructure. It was designed for downloading and installation from an online application distribution platform such as the Apple App Store.

This project worked on the two apps right through conceptualisation, research, userflow design, graphics, implementation support, testing, and going live. There was a need to co-ordinate directly with the customers based out of California and Tel Aviv to ensure that the app met all the requirements of the customers. These apps were intuitive, user friendly, and less time consuming for the physicians using them.
