My diploma project involved designing an identity for a campaign meant to attract the students of the B-Schools in India. The War Room 2009 was sponsored and presented by the Mahindra and Mahindra Group. This Campaign was about the revival M&M brand among the students through which they could learn and engage themselves with the various challenging live projects going on at the M&M Group. Through this campaign the M&M Group also wanted to introduce itself to the students of the top B-Schools in India.
My work was to create a brand for this Campaign, “The War Room - 2009” in which I touched upon all the key aspects of campaigning. I started with making an identity for the event and then carried it forward in every round in the form of posters, standees, stationeries, souvenirs etc. I also worked on the designing of the whole ambience of the event in the final round which included stage design, standees, posters and welcome kit for students, resumes, evaluation form among others. The target group for this project was students from the Top B-Schools of India. It was a great learning experience for me as I met the Management Gurus of India and was able to see the world of in a completely different light. I learnt various aspects of design as well as management in the process. Experience of handling the whole project single handedly was fabulous, and I learnt all the steps from creation to execution. |
