Emerging Economies (seven countries)

Product and service innovation processes
Strategic analysis of seven countries - India, China, Indonesia, South Africa, Kenya, Egypt, and Brazil - including quantitative and demographic changes and their relationship with neighbouring countries, was the brief given for my project.
The Emerging Economy Report comprises more than 350 slides of detailed and documented information and offers a blueprint for innovation in emerging economies. Far from being an investment advisory, it equips corporations working in emerging economies with information and insight that can drive their corporate strategy, product and service innovation processes and marketing strategy. Companies will be interested in the extraordinary range and quality of data in the report, and also in its structure, which explains exactly how to go about the process of creating new products and services and taking them to market.
The main goal of the initiative of this report was to create an image rich review of the innovation opportunities based on case studies from the seven emerging economies. It has insightful sections on country profiles, socio-economic profiles, visual research and user innovation, user profiles, emerging socio-economic trends sorted country wise, cross country analytic slides and much more.
The report introduces these economies from their base of macro societal trends to future innovation opportunities, from consumer profiling to visual design. It uses diverse methodologies and different kinds of data to build the world’s most comprehensive planning tool for corporate strategy, marketing, and product and service innovation.
The whole experience was rewarding in terms of the learning it provided about life and the surprises it can come up with. I learnt to work as a team player, putting and selling my ideas across the table, and to work positively on the feedback to deliver better results each time.
